Fane Flow Rate Monitor

Archived from the site that ran here before WordPress, and reproduced as written — links and prices and "coming soon"s included. Nothing on this page is maintained.

Background

This project was my entry into the Flash Innovation 2003 Design Contest sponsered by Motorola with Circuit Cellar.

It was designed to monitor conditions that may cause a rise in temperature, such as a significant drop of the air-flow rate and an escalation of the intake temperature. This way you could predict equipment overheating before the temperature of the equipment went too high, which would give you more time to correct the situation.
